re horse pictures
That would be a good idea but I have come to the conclusion that while I really like cameras and have several (over 4 dozen), I actually don't take very good pictures. I am more a camera collector than a photographer. But I am Ok with this (and my therapist says that I am making good progress.)
regards,
Phil
I have about 6 Pentax cameras but who is counting. (MX, SPII, SV, MV(2), and SFn2). The only one worth using is the MX which is great!

Buy her a horse!
I haven't had a single complaint about my camera stuff since my wife bought
a horse.
And if you think cameras are expensive........

How about "the shots you didn't get because your wife wouldn't let you buy the camera/lens you really, really needed"? ;-)Ooh. Like the M 85/2 I watched someone else win? Or the limited lenses that will probably be out of production by the time I get around to convincing her that I don't need heating oil to take photographs? And then the price will probably triple as everyone else who put off buying them does the eBay scramble. D*** her!
Find a bad habit she has that you don't have, that cost money. I don't smoke, my wife does. Perhaps you could use having babies....
Anyway, buy what you want, and when she protests, throw her bad habit in her face. It works for me.
