My order showed "processing" for about 24 hours, and then switched to "on-order".I just checked the B&H page. The FA 35/2 is at "accepting orders" status. The only thing I can think is that though it had been in stock for awhile, by the time I ordered, they ran out... and that they ran out so quickly that their website still showed it as being in stock when I placed my order. Hard to believe that lens has suddenly become so hot, but there are probably a lot of people thinking like me: that they need a "standard" lens for their *ist-DS.
Again today, no further update. I placed the order Tuesday. Wednesday it turned into "on-order" status. Thursday (today) no update. I have been charged though.
I'm sure it will come eventually, as long as Pentax is actually still making it. I've bought from B&H before successfully. I'm just eager to get this thing.
