Herb, with the current battery life I'm experiencing, I change batteries
about every
900 or so images, for me that's way more than I've ever shot in one day. I
carry a selection of Allen head wrenches anyhow. Considering I couldn't get
RRS or Kirk to make a custom L plate for the *istD, I'll live with the
battery "inconvenience" before I'll go with out the L plate advantage..
