Wow, very striking image! It comes across as very manipulated, but in a very wonderful way. The color saturation is quite extreme, but works very well here. The haze/mistiness is really cool.
Compositionally, I really like how the left side seems to show death/hibernation and the right side shows life/springtime. Very effective with both the mist and colors. Do tell what you did here.
