Albano, the way you named it is appropriate. And as such it works. One sits for a while thinking of the name and the view and finally kicks oneself in a forehead - oh yes!
But, (as usual :) ) if you wouldn't attach a name to it, it kind of breaks apart, me so thinks. I see this building, the framing, the lines, the geometry. It evokes some emotions in me of my visits to other countries, namely US, but it ends just there...
