I recently read the stand alone statement; "..if you write on CD labels, do not use a Sharpie". Anyone have an idea why? This is not a test. I really don't know any better and have done it many times. Actually, my discs do not have labels. Ink chemistry?
I usually use small rectangular stick on labels for quick labeling... For CDs that are archived I use PressIt full size stick on labels...
