I just received the brand new Minox B I bought cheap from Ebay and I'm feeling very excited.
Checked the meter sensitivity against my DS and the Minox is overexposing by a full F stop, or I guess the DS may be underexposing a bit: without exposure compensation no areas on my photos ever reach full brightness (checking on the histogram) but I suppose this is good. Film size is only 8x11mm but that won't stop me from having fun. I'll start by trying some close-up street photography, this camera is so small, side by side with the DS it doesn't even look like a camera. Cheap scanners don't have enough optical resolution to fully capture the detail on this very small (I should use 25 ASA film and the Minox lens is very sharp) so I think my best choice would be using some bellows with my M 50mm F4 Macro lens to re-shoot the images with my DS. Anyone has any advice on any of this?
