You'll probably have your camera before it gets there, but I'll send
you the instruction booklet on a CD if you would send me an address
to mail it to. I find that having the IB available as a PDF file
helps enormously: you can search and find references to details about
the camera very quickly that way.
I can include the v1.02 Firmware Update on the CD as well. ;-)
