Thanks, David ... I like to support my local retailer, and generally do,
except there are none around here to support for the items I wanted this
time.  However, over the years I've had nothing but good to great results
buying from e-businesses  - mostly great results - so, while this has been
a frustrating and annoying experience it A) balances out with the other
experiences, and B) gives me something to complain about <LOL>
