The Spotmatic F would be my choice. I believe they both came out about the
same time, one designed for the other. The F has a built in meter, although
I think the meter in the ES2 is more sophisticated. However, the camera,
as I understand it, is a bit more troublesome and more difficult to repair.
Go for the whole experience - get a Spottie F - look for one in black.
Find a thin, leather Spotmatic strap (I think Juan and I may have cornered
the market on those <LOL>) and the older style triangular shape strap
attachments. Oh, yeah, try to find an original lens hood as well. Shoot
with a legend, live the legend.

BTW, I sold my lens, with original caps and hood, for, I believe, $450.00.
