Yeah, l live 20 miles down the road and those cheap b******s won't give me a job. Not that I know anything about sensor making. They must be used in some other applications than DSLR's, I would expect.

Micron is the one bringing anti-trust suits against Hynix, at least (and I think they won).

Of course in the free trade world it's all about who can cut off their competitors ears and still have the best lawyers.

However just because they are successful producers of VLSIs such as RAM doesn't
mean that they can produce a decent optical sensor.
