That's a low estimate from all that I've heard.  Firefox appeals to
the cool end of the spectrum,  and has made amazing inroads into the
installed base in the short time it has been available, but if you're
looking at the serious business user it's still well over 90% IE 5.5
or later - that's why that's the design paradigm for many websites.
