My recent experience with B+H has been that if a particular Pentax accessory
is not available now check back in a few weeks, it will be. I say this
after waiting to get a Pentax loupe & magnifier FB. They didn't have it mid
summer & I was finally able to obtain it in November.

I have had similar difficulty in finding Pentax SMC filters. It appears
as though Pentax has discontinued them, at least outside of Japan. Last
May I was able to special-order several Pentax 49mm UV filters from
CameraCanada (www.cameracanada.com) when B&H did not have them, but later
in the year they were unable to get any more for me. If you really want
Pentax brand, I'd try KEH to see if they have any clean used SMC filters,
or else switch to Hoya HMC-Super filters as I have done.
