Ha ha ha ha ha. Try telling that to Staples. I submitted a claim to them in September for a rebate on a Sandisk SD card. They are still refusing to pay up despite me submitting the correct documents and re-faxing all the details twice. -- Wendy Beard Ottawa Canada
