I don't think you could expect these lenses to be in stock on permanent basis. Pentax only sells the *istD's at present and there cannot be much demand for more exotic glass. The *istD's aren't very impressive anyway and I cannot imagine than many without Pentax lenses are buying them. Lenses that are natural partners for the *istD seems to be available everywhere; even the Limiteds. When Pentax release the D200 competitor the lens line-up availability certanly need to be better. But as to right now I don't think it matter for that many.
By the time Pentax has the "D200 competitor", it probably won't matter for that many either, they'll be happily shooting with D200s, and won't give a rat about whether Pentax is making lenses or ashtrays.
