Pano2QTVR is a tool to convert Panoramic images into the Quicktime VR format. A limited free version (for non-commerical use) and a Pro version with enhanced features (for commercial users) are available. http://www.pano2qtvr.com/ It's a windows tool and the free version isn't really not that limited from my experience.
