Ebay canceled the original auction because I listed a restriction on Paypal payments, namely, I stated that my Paypal account does not accept credit card payments. I did upgrade my Paypal account a few years ago to accept credit card payments, but then the total Ebay and Paypal fees took a significant chunk from my receipts, and so I downgraded back to the personal account.
