There are three reasons. 1. That is the default when you set up your listing
2. Many folk think there are all kinds of problems involved in exporting somthing, and shipping can be a problem for the uninformed.
3. For some reason many out that think ripping off americans is the thing to do, but that would worry me more on buying than selling.
You might want to quiry the seller he may, like me, make that decision on a person by person basis. You could also offer to setup the shipping from your end.
