Compared to those pictures taken with the 60 on same occasion, you can spot lower CA and lowe noise.

About using the camera (again, just a few shots with a borrowed one), I have no special complains. I'm not a big fan of the sliding lens, however this SV/SVi lens looks better than the 3X one in the S-series Optios.

So I'm looking at the OptioSV, which does have manual, AV,
and TV, but buried in some damn menu.  Local cost, US$250.
Anyone used it?  Comments needed before I go to the store,
fiddle with a digicam awkwardly, and fork over some bucks.

PS Dario:  thanks for the Optio60 sample pix.  I downloaded
them.  For the intended purposes I have, it would have been,
probably, a better camera than the OptioSV.
