I've got a few Speed Graphics and have just acquired an RB Auto Graphic which is a huge old 4x5 SLR. My first test shots were hand-held at 1/60 and looked sharp enough. I think that because it is made to be held at waist level it is naturally more stable than something held up to eye-level.
