I have yet to see one, though I have seen the images from it. There
is a chance that the squadron photographer will be getting a D1x and D1h so
I should be getting a chance to play with them soon enough.
By upgradable it is the fact that the frimware can be updated. This
was one of the biggest complaints about the D1. Many thought the
´problems´with the camera should have been easy enough to correct with
firmware, but Nikon said no.
The only problem I have with the current line of SLR digitals is the
loss of the wide angle views with the multiplication factors of the CCDs. I
cannot wait to see the Pentax digital when it comes out. Has there been any
further word on it?
