A few weeks ago, I wrote of the company handling Pentax rebates sending me a message that I hadn't included the bar code (I had), and so wasn't going to get a rebate.
I sent said company a message with small words, short sentences, and a stern tone. Today's email contains a message from them saying that my $100 rebate check has been mailed. Good.
