Aside from the bike helmet on the boy, it is almost a timeless shot for me. I'd be tempted to try it in B&W. Overall, the framing is good - nice work!

Paul, I do think it is static. I'll tell you why. The car has stopped. Everyone is having their ice cream already. So, to me, it looks like statement of the fact - here is an ice cream car having come and delivered the ice cream...
