Talking to the people at my local lab yesterday, they say they are processing much more film this year than last. It would seem many people are going back to the convenience of having their prints available straight away, rather than having to burn CD's, take in their memory media, or do it themselves.

Maybe film is going to make a comeback after all?

It's such a nice camera, the MZ-S. It's a shame it wasn't released early enough in the historical timeline to avoid being overtaken by digital SLR's. I nearly bought one, and still kind of wish I had, though I know that I just wouldn't use it all that much now that I've gone digital.
