I am very pleased. :-))

Now my only wish (concerning the DL) would be to make TTL flash work right.
Do I really need a PTTL flash for this?
I guess I wont be buying into this, since I have invested quite heavily in
Metz (45's and one 60 as well as one AF500 FTZ), which works fine one the D
as well as my much loved MZ-S.

Jens, with the mode dial on M, simply set the aperture with the aperture
ring on the lens and press the AE-L button and the camera will set the
correct shutter speed for the scene. When the scene changes, just hit AE-L
again. You must first go into the custom menu and set "Use Aperture Ring" to
"OK" though. Just leave that as the default. I believe that this replaces
the Green Button on the D.
