You could be right, I just became so disgusted with XP that I've done 
nothing more with the interface.  If someone needs software I write it 
on my Win2K box and test it on their systems.  Usually the stuff I've 
been doing lately works without a hitch, so I haven't cared.  When the 
WinXP replacement comes along I guess I'll have to upgrade something.
