You can use 'd/m/yyyy' for example as your Short Date, even if it is not in the drop-down list - just type it in, without the quotes. Click 'Apply' or 'Ok' Exit the Control Panel Try the program again: if it still shows the date in the m/d/yy format, it means the programmer has not allowed for international settings, and should be shot! However, from what you say above, I would still expect you to have to enter both day and month, unless the program assumes the current month?
