Whatever color temperature and tint you want for the shot. I sometimes make 
shots slightly warmer than they actually were. Or, for example, when shooting 
portraits in magic hour light, I generally make them colder. Being able to 
choose your temperature and tint is one of the many advantages of shooting RAW.
