Hi Tom,
For PhotoNet, you have to do a "Save for Web" in PhotoShop or  
Elements to strip the EXIF data. It's a pain in the butt, but I guess  
it saves them some server space.
Other than that you just have to size it appropriately. I go 13  
inches on the long side at 72 dpi.
