This kind of thing makes me wonder why modern camera controls aren't
more flexible.  It certainly would be nice to specify the delay.  One
of the little things that frustrates me about the *ist is that I can
reassign autofocus to the AE button (which I like), but I can't
reassign AE.  Sucks.
