It works. My black rolling bag is festooned with big white W's on every side. It went missing on a flight to California in July, but was found within two hours. The baggage agent said the Ws did it--it stood out from the hundreds of other black rolling bags. Nobody has ever picked it off a carousel by mistake, either.
