Finally got it downloaded and have played with it about 30 minutes. Curves are much easier to use that in PS 7. The convert to B&W is cool. There are several options as to whether it's a portrait, scenic or urban snapshot B&W with adjustments for more or less red green and blue in the final B&W image. There is even an adjustment for "infrared effect". Hope to really get into it tomorrow.
