Note that only one pw will get you into your account settings. Hopefully it's the right one. If they both let you in, send me a note and I'll do some chicken-waving or something. One appears to be the password I changed it to and one appears to be the original password that I was assigned. So I suspect that something with the system is not resetting the passwords. I.E. The original assigned passwords stay active too. Maybe missed most of this thread, don't know. But hope that helps.
