I just stick my fingers in my ears, if the sound goes away, I figure I 
have to worry about it <grin>. My usual tinnitus sounds like tree frogs, 
I hate the sound of tree frogs! A while back I made a CD with an hour 
long rain recording, playing it distracts me from the TF's.
