At US$ 2000 I might be able to find a way to afford it. At US$ 2800 it ain't gonna happen unless someone starts paying me to shoot. Maybe if they came out with a 400/5.6 ultra sonic in the price range of the A 400/5.6 ... The race car is just too expensive, and I get more use out of it than I would a 400/4 lens.
