I've never experienced the problem personally, but I have seen some examples of serious moire patterns in digital images as a result of the weave of some fabrics. Lots of things have to come together just right (well, really ... just "wrong") in order for it to be a problem ... among them, I think, orientation of the fabric to the pixel array, magnification of the fabric, lighting and probably others. > (Why did Pentax even bring it up?)
