I would go for the 90 f/2.8 now.
That way you have something to start with.

Then wait for an affordable 55 (or even better a 45!)

The 45mm gives you an amazing amount of detail
in your landscape shots!

I actually started with the 100mm Macro new, and quickly
got myself a 45mm used, later followed by a 200mm
and a 165 f/2.8 (since it was cheap :-)

I have used the 45mm the most, followed by the 100mm ...
