Only if the whole glass appears yellowish when you look through the
lens. It'll impart a slight yellowish tinge to anything viewed through
it.

I "fixed" a pair of Super Tak 50/1.4's by leaving them out in the
sunlight for a couple of months. I put tin foil underneath the lens
and put them on my windowsill. After 2 months of this, the yellowing
was almost completely gone.
