Bob - Did you register the printers with Epson as well as submit the claim forms? It seems that has to be done as a separate item. Any printers purchased within the claim time frame have until Nov 13 to register on the Epson site. The Settlement FAQ page has a link to Epson for registering. It also mentions that even though the court has approved the settlement, it won't be made available until the time for all appeals has expired.
