Bob -

Did you register the printers with Epson as well as submit the claim
forms? It seems that has to be done as a separate item. Any printers
purchased within the claim time frame have until Nov 13 to register on
the Epson site. The Settlement FAQ page has a link to Epson for
registering. It also mentions that even though the court has approved
the settlement, it won't be made available until the time for all
appeals has expired.

This doesn't answer your question directly, but you may find some
answers on the FAQ page that help. You can also rattle the cage of the
settlement administrators by calling them at 877-506-4031.
