I've shot HIE in an Me-Super, LX, and Pz-1p with no problem. No special precautions on the Pz-1p WRT the window. Your comment on the lack of an anti-halation layer in HEI is right on the mark. A lot of the attributes of this film - like handling it in total darkness - that are assumed to be the result of it's IR sensitivity are really the result of it having no anti-halation layer. It 'pipes light' and if you accidentally set your camera to bulb setting in the middle of a roll (I have), you can do just as much damage or more to the roll as you can do loading it in direct sunlight. - MCC -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Mark Cassino Photography Kalamazoo www.markcassino.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
