Taking this a bit further...

Does this mean that Britney Spears' 1999 music video
for "Baby One More Time" is pornographic? Wasn't she
17 (a minor) when that video was shot? Are the
director and crew of that video, a montage of dance in
a high school with Spears dressed in a provocative
school girl oufit, now to be considered pornographers?

Whatever...

The DOJ is obviously misguided here.
