Purchased what I thought was a Pentax *ist DL on Ebay the other day complete with DA 18-55 + Sigma 100-300 DL + AF-360FGZ, at least that's what the listing said!
When I collected the camera from the Post Office Saturday and returned home it turns out to be Pentax *ist D in lovely condition complete with listed accessories. Even if I eventually buy the K10D I plan to keep the *ist D but the firmware is v 1.00, can I safely upgrade firware with fresh batteries or do I need the AC adapter?
