Agree or disagree, we are now on a war footing and once actual combat starts, we don't put enemy POW in our prison. If they're lucky (or unlucky) they may face a military tribunal for war crimes and ultimately a date on the business end of a firing squad for those convicted of the most serious offense. That should be the extent of civility we can afford in the face of this barbarity.
