Well, kids, it's that time of year again, and it's time for the annual retelling of Auggie Wren's Christmas Story. Although many of you have read or seen this several times, there are a few new people on the list who have not read the story, and there are others who enjoy reading it every year (I seem to recall that at least Frank and Paul enjoy it).
The story, written by Paul Auster was made into a movie, "Smoke," directed by Wayne Wang and starring Harvey Keitel, William Hurt, Forest Whitikar, Stockard Channing, and others. It's a funny, poignant film that I highly recommend.
