That's easy(-ish).  Somewhere on your keyboard is a key labelled
"prt sc", or "prt scr", or something like that.  Pressing that key
(and, probably, the shift key as well, if the "prt sc" key has two
different labels on it) will grab a copy of the screen and put it
on the clipboard.  Then simply fire up your favourite image editor
and paste the contents in (very easy if your editor has a command
"paste as new image", which most of them do).

Then just save the image (possibly after cropping it to just the
Netscape window), and put it up somewhere folks can see it
(you can't post attachments to the PDML).

[If you want just the Netscape window, pressing ALT-printscreen
while the Netscape window is active copies only that window]
