There are some things to like here. In spite of the strong light, nothing looks blown out or blocked up. Even his shirt is ok. Good control of exposure.
I think the one thing that bothers me is that they are turned to close to showing just their backs. It gives me a feeling of having to sneak up on them, rather than a shot of them enjoying the view. I hope I'm making sense. When showing people looking out at the view, it is nicer to see their faces in profile rather than the backs of their heads.
