I do it all the time with the A400/5.6 plus a flash and a flash Xtender, all swinging from my neck. But I've been doing it all my life. When I shot a lot of motorsports back in the seventies, I always worked with two cameras, both on neck straps. One was usually a C220 Mamiya with a 250mm lens, which is a bit of a beast.
