Thanks Ann.  Yes I'm very fortunate to have a wife who will live there.  She 
is literally 1 in a 1000.
It's 22 miles to the nearest gas station or grocery store.  There is a 
little podunk convenience store named Ellie's Grocery that's 3 miles of dirt 
road and another 10 miles of highway from the house, but it's the opposite 
direction from town, so one takes their chances if heading in that 
direction.
