I don't see why a 60-250/4 should be a lot more expensive than a 50-135/2,8. I expect the price to be above 50-135/2,8, but not much. Something like 800 Euro vs 1000 Euro.
But this is speculation from a hopelessly optimistic mind ;-) Tim Mostly harmless (just plain Norwegian) -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jan van Wijk Sent: 5. januar 2007 20:00 To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List Subject: Re: K10D and DA 50-200 and AF performance On Sat, 6 Jan 2007 01:12:38 +0900, David Savage wrote: >I can't comment on the K10D & DA 50-200 combination, but I suspect the >DA* lenses are going to cost quite a bit more than the price of the >K10D. However, I saw an advertized price on the Tokina 50-135mm f/2.8 of less than 600 Euro (about 700 US dollars) which is than I expected. The Pentax will probably be more expensive due to the sealing, but by how much is hard to say ... And of course the 60-250 f/4 is a bit more expensive still. I am hoping for a price between 1000 and 1500 Euros for the 60-250mm Regards, JvW ------------------------------------------------------------------ Jan van Wijk; http://www.dfsee.com/gallery -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
