You can see them all over the American west as well. They're somewhat of a solution to energy problems, but not very efficient. Interestingly enough, a lot of east-coast democrat congressmen and women were high on these at one time. And then someone proposed building some within viewing distance of the Kennedy compound on Martha's Vineyard. Now wind-powered generators are suddenly taboo among the liberal leadership. Go figure.
